I am proud to now offer private yoga classes. You will want to come see me if you want a comfortable, tailored, low-stress, one-on-one or small-group session. I specialize in working with individuals who are new to Yoga or feel intimidated and disconnected by past yoga experiences.
I also cater to individuals who are seeking a customized session, or who want to incorporate Yoga into a broader experience that may incorporate fitness training, weight-loss coaching, or massage therapy. Of course longer, more strenuous sessions are offered to those who want or need a more challenging experience.

Never experienced a yoga class before? Want to get back to your practice but don't know where to start? If you answered yes, then this class is for you! We'll start right from the beginning, connecting your body and breath, one step at a time. This gentle yoga class will leave you energized, relaxed and feeling centered in your body, mind and spirit. What's not to love?

Yoga for Runners, Walkers & Cyclists: Begins January 3rd
6:30p - 7:45p
Giving special attention to your core, hips, legs, and feet!
Space is limited so please register soon to hold your spot!
Prerequisites: This class is designed so that anyone can participate without any prior yoga experience. We'll be having a great time exploring various yoga poses that will help you increase your flexibility, strength and possibly relieve some aches & pains associated with running, walking or cycling.
Cost: $70 per person 6 weeks
What to bring to class:
Yoga mat
Water bottle
Wear comfortable clothes that you can move in
